An owl in a beret with a poetic mission. Alone? Not at all. Not with his old friend Ratbert’s skull around his neck. (Good listeners are precious, especially when the conversation tend to be a a bit one-sided.)


The Forgotten Fables
Exposed against the aged linen cloth, the portrayed animals emerges as individual characters. Who is the viewer – you or them? The Forgotten Fables is a representational and narrative art serie of that explores identity, and our relationship with animals and nature. By carefully painting the animals on the back of reused canvases, the old painting has a chance to continue its journey into the future alongside the new one.
